The location! It is next to train station, very convenient to catch the train. The room is very clean, very nice. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The staff asked our preference in terms of bathroom when we arrived and room was ready when we arrived.

Checkin was smooth, staff friendly & welcoming. Room was large, as was the bathroom. Both spotless, housekeeping team exceptional. Lots of comfortable casual public seating areas to read & have a drink. Excellent location for transport around Italy & over the border. Dining room staff kern to please.

Convenient location, very close to train station. Great facility, especially the clothesline in bathroom is a great bonus to the end of long trip. Breakfast is good too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to the train station, and very easy access to Venice. We do not have to lug luggage all over Dennis! We were able to park our car in the enclosed parking lot. Felt very safe at this hotel. The restaurant also serve delicious food.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel most welcome. Jessica at reception gave us a wonderful welcome, made sure our check in was seamless and provided a room upgrade whuch was most welcome. All other staff on reception were also exceptional and answered all our queries in a friendly, competent manner. The room and bathroom were spacious and well presented and so much better than staying in Venice where room space always seems to be limited. To walk across the road from Mestre station was an absolute bonus. Access to Venice is 1.45 each way, takes 10min and trains seem to be leaving every few minutes. Overall, an excellent alternative to staying in Venice itself.

The hotel is extremely well positioned just in front of the Mestre central station. Everything is very clean and the room was big and comfortable, very quiet (as required) and luminous. They gave us an upgrade so the room was better than expected. We chosen to have breakfast for 10 each and was pretty good with plenty of options. Check-out is at 12:00 and not at 11:00 as many other hotels. A very convenient option for short stays if you dont want to stay inside Venice.
